I’m a 21-year-old female seeking a responsible and mature female roommate to share my 2 bedroom/1 bath home in Lakewood (off University and San Jose). The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and is approximately 1500 sq feet . We would split rent and utilities. You’re looking at no more than $500 in monthly expenses after utilities are added.

I work full-time and have classes every night of the week. I also travel often on the weekends, so the house would practically be all yours a majority of the time.

I have a well-mannered 3-year-old beagle who is allowed in the house whenever I am home. Dogs, cats and other pets are welcome! Couples are OK too.
