I am disabled and receive a small social security check. I have small in house dogs and need a place to put up a fence for their potty area. Mobile home communities will not work because of restrictions on pets.Fixer upper is okay as long as it has good roof, floors and plumbing and electric. I would have to live in it as is and do a little at a time as I am able. I can pay up to $350 a month plus utilities. I need 100% owner financing. I would like to stay in NE Florida, but will consider anywhere. Please contact me if you can help! Thanks!
