Tipster is a very sweet chihuahua. He loves to be held and is very playful. He comes with CKC Papers, health certificate, dew claws done, up to date on shots and worming. He is also doing very well with potty pad training. He has never been outside except for visits to the vet. He has never been caged. He has a play area nd a run for exercise.
