This item is 15 years old, NEW IN THE BOX, MINT CONDITION it is issued by the Hamilton Collection which used to be here in Jacksonville. When it closed down, I bought $50,000 worth of current inventory at the time, which runs between 1995 and 1999. You will not often find these items still new in the original packaging or box with the certificate of authenticity.
